为顺应海南自由贸易区（港）建设要求及医院发展需求，我院面向全球公开招聘一批医疗相关专业技术人员，现将招聘工作有关事项公告如下：
一、招聘对象和范围
面向全球公开招聘医学专业技术人员28名。
二、招聘条件
（一）报考者应具备的条件
1.基本条件
（1）遵守国家法律、法规，无违法、违纪行为；
（2）境外求职者须遵守《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》《中华人民共和国外国人出境入境管理条例》
（3）具有良好的品行和职业道德；
（4）身体健康，具有正常履行岗位职责的身体条件；
（5）符合招聘岗位所需的其他具体条件及资格要求；
2. 学历及其他要求
具体要求见《海南省人民医院公开招聘岗位表》（附件1）
（二）有下列情况之一者，不得报考
1. 尚未解除党纪、政纪处分的或正在接受纪律审查的；
2. 刑事处罚期限未满或涉嫌违法犯罪正在接受调查的；
3. 在事业单位公开招聘中违纪违规且处理期限未满的；
4．失信被执行人
5. 法律、法规规定的其他不得报考的情形。
三、招聘岗位和人数

四、考试方式
考核招聘，由相关专业的专家组成考核小组采取考核的方式确定拟聘人员。
五、报名方式

六、报名要求
报考人员应如实提交有关信息和材料，凡本人填写信息不真实、不完整或填写错误的，责任自负；弄虚作假的，一经查实即取消考核资格或聘用资格。

Global Talents Recruitment Announcement of Hainan General hospital
To meet the construction requirements of Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone (Port) and the development of the hospital, Hainan General hospital is now recruiting global medical professionals and technicians. Specific information is as follows:

28 professional medical technical positions are open to global talents.
II. Recruitment requirements
(1)Applicant requirements
1. Basic requirements
(1) Abide by the national laws and regulations, have no violation of law or discipline;
(2) Overseas applicant should abide by theExitand Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China andthe Regulations of The People's Republic of China on the Exit and Entry Administration of Foreigners;
(3) With good conduct and professional ethics;
(4) Sound in body and mind and have the physical conditions for normal position statement;
(5) Meet other specific qualification requirements;
2. Educational background and other requirements
For specific requirements, please refer to "Hainan General Hospital Positions Demand List"(attachment 1).
3. Applicants shall not apply for the position under any of the following situations:
(1) Those who have not yet been relieved of party or government discipline or are undergoing disciplinary examination;
(2) The time limit for criminal punishment has not expired or the criminal is under investigation for suspected violation of the law;
(3) Violation of rules and regulations in public recruitment of public institutions and the punishment period has not yet expired;
(4) Breach of the person subjected to execution;
(5) Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations that the applicants are not allowed to apply for.

Interview and clinical practice assessment will be adopted by A panelist composed of experts from related specialties.
